Terms and Conditions

  • This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, except employees of Brastop.com and anyone else professionally associated with the competition.
  • It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
  • To enter the competition, entrants must be women who are 18 or over. Entrants must submit a minimum of 5 photos including 3 full-length lingerie and 2 head shot photographs. The photographs must not be enhanced or altered by any means.
  • Entrants must be a natural DD+ cup size with no enhancements.
  • Entries that are found to contravene these terms and conditions shall be null and void, regardless of the stage of the competition. In the event of a short-listed or the winning entry being declared null and void, the judges shall select an alternative entry.
  • Entries must be submitted online, no later than midnight on 2 May 2010. Photographs cannot be returned.
  • Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete or defaced entries shall not be accepted.
  • The short-listed entrants for the first stage shall be notified by 3 May 2010. 
  • Up to 30 entrants shall be short-listed and the public will make their first vote. The top 10 chosen by the public will then be invited to attend a photoshoot in London in May. You will be asked to join us for one photoshoot day. You will need to be available on either the 25 or 26 May. 
  • Short-listed entrants and the prizewinner will cover any necessary travel and accommodation expenses incurred. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees that the promoter shall have the right to publish the entrant's photographs in any of its publications and in any media now known or hereinafter invented, including its website.
  • Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
  • The winner will be announced on www.brastop.com and www.starinabra.com on 17 July 2010. Curvy Kate Ltd will also cover the finalist results.
  • The winner may be required to sign a contract with Curvy Kate Ltd and may be subject to their terms and conditions. The winner will model with Curvy Kate for one year which will consist of two product seasons: Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter. New terms and conditions will be discussed after this period.

The information you provide on this form will only be used in connection with your entry in The Star in a Bra competition 2010. The information is held by the Brastop.com either manually or electronically. The information will be restricted to authorised users only and is treated in the strictest confidence. The winner’s names will be passed to Curvy Kate Ltd and The Sun Online and some other media parties for promotional use.
